Applies to: All programs, courses, templates, and digital products sold or distributed by KMP Consulting, LLC
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property All materials, templates, documents, scripts, frameworks, videos, worksheets, slide content, and downloadable assets (collectively, the "Program Content") are the intellectual property of KMP Consulting, LLC. The Program Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any of the Program Content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from KMP Consulting, LLC.
2. License of Use Upon purchase, the individual or entity ("User") is granted a temporary, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program Content for internal personal use only.

Team Licenses and Client Use If you wish to use the Program Content materials across a team, with a client, or as a licensed partner, you must purchase an appropriate license or enter into a written agreement with KMP Consulting. 4. Legal Protection and Enforcement All unauthorized use of the Program Content is strictly prohibited and considered infringement under U.S. copyright law. KMP Consulting reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including but not limited to damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees, in the case of misuse.
Digital products are trackable, and we reserve the right to revoke access or pursue claims if sharing or duplication is detected.
5. Refunds and Access Rights Due to the digital nature of the Program Content, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered. If the Terms of Use are violated, access to all materials will be immediately revoked without refund. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by KMP Consulting, LLC at any time.
