Applies to: All programs, courses, templates, and digital products sold or distributed by KMP Consulting, LLC

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property All materials, templates, documents, scripts, frameworks, videos, worksheets, slide content, and downloadable assets (collectively, the "Program Content") are the intellectual property of KMP Consulting, LLC. The Program Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any of the Program Content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from KMP Consulting, LLC.

4. Legal Protection and Enforcement All unauthorized use of the Program Content is strictly prohibited and considered infringement under U.S. copyright law. Digital products are trackable, and we reserve the right to revoke access or pursue claims if sharing or duplication is detected.

5. Refunds and Access Rights Due to the digital nature of the Program Content, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered.
