What I Do w/KMP: For the Business Decoded Series, I am in charge of all the content marketing components (aka all the fun and creative parts hehe). So whatever you see on this page, it’s probably from me!
My Superpower: My superpower is extreme empathy… seriously, like mind reader level. Some say being too empathetic can make you soft, but I think it’s empathy that helps me tune into what people truly care about and create content that actually connects, not just performs.
Outside of work: Outside of work, I’m a big K-pop dance lover. Though sometimes my feet have a mind of their own… I also enjoy Pilates and badminton. Golf and tennis have always been on my “to learn list” and I will for sure find a way to schedule them into my summer schedule.
Fun fact: One of the fun facts is that other than my dog Oreo, I have a ragdoll cat back home (who has definitely replaced me as my parents’ favourite child). His name is Amber. I named him that because his Chinese name is “Chang An,” and “Amber” sounds similar to “An.” Also, the “Yu” in my name “Yuqing” refers to jade, the hardest gemstone, and “Amber” has a similarly meaning. I love him and miss him so so much, can’t wait to hug him when I go back!!

What I Do w/KMP: I am in charge of content & community prep, focusing on the behind-the-scenes aspects of digital media production, brand development, and content management.
My Superpower: A deep sense of curiosity, imagination, & creativity. I can spot hidden potential in almost everything and constantly feel inspired to transform ideas into reality through a big-picture lens.
Outside of Work: I absolutely love learning new languages, traveling, and immersing myself in different cultures. Another favorite hobby of mine is creating personal social media content (especially vlogging on YouTube). I’m also passionate about sketching, practicing K-pop choreography, and playing tennis & ping pong.
Fun Fact: I speak four languages (English, Farsi, Spanish, and a bit of Italian) and have completed four study/intern abroad experiences: two separate semester-long study abroad programs in Japan and South Korea during undergrad, a semester abroad in China during grad school, and a summer internship in Spain.
